Every weekday, the South Carolina pup trots to the corner with his owner's son, watches him board, then plants himself on the grass and stares down the road until the bus disappears.
He just refuses to let his best friend leave without a proper send-off.
The video, posted by mom Kayla Bright, shows the dog breaking into a full sprint the second he hears the brakes squeal at the end of the street.
He beats the bus to the corner, sits, and waits.
